For any items ordered after the cut-off times below, we can only offer limited support in regard to parcel enquiries/delays and contacting couriers.

We have a handling time of 2-3 days to process your order.

Please keep in mind that shipment enquires can take 1-3 business days for courier companies to respond to, and investigations into missing parcels can take up to 5-7 business days to finalise. Therefore we ask you to order before the dates below for the best chance of receiving your parcel before Christmas!

**Please note, we cannot 100% guarantee that your parcel will be delivered before 24th December, as transit times can be affected by factors out of our control, especially leading up to Christmas**

Any orders placed after Tuesday 19^th December will be dispatched in the new year.

Friday 1st December 2023	All of Western Australia (including Perth metro), Northern Territory, Far North Queensland, Central West QLD, Regional South Australia and any remote locations.
Thursday 7th December 2023	Country/Regional VIC, Regional TAS
Monday 11th December 2023	Townsville, Cairns, Mackay, Devonport, Hobart, Launceston, Bendigo, Toowoomba, Maryborough and Rockhampton.
Wednesday 13th December 2023	Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast.
Thursday 14th December 2023	Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Albury, Canberra, Country/Regional NSW.
Monday 18th December 2023	Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong.

Please note that we will not be shipping orders between 19th December 2023 – 15^th January 2024. Any orders placed during this time will be shipped upon our return from holidays (within 2 - 4 business days after the 15^th of January).
